Q1 - Do you have a custom grinding service?
Yes we do custom grinding service.
Raw Material must be purchased from us in order to grind your own recipe.
We can grind and send it Australia-Wide, right to your doorstep.
If you would like to grind your own recipe, send us your recipe on whatsapp at +61 414 858 855 along with your email, full name, contact and address and we will send you an invoice. Once we receive payment, we will start the process.
Minimum Grinding Charge $25 for 5kg or less. Over 5kg, Extra kg $5
Roasting & Handling Charge $15
Shipping in Most Areas in Melbourne $7.90 20kg Maximum
Shipping Australia-Wide $13.60 for 5kg OR $27.90 25kg Maximum
Q2 - Do you custom grind flour related products?
No, we don't custom grind flour related products. We have australian-made flour varieities in our own brand.
Q3 - Are all of your spices, masala & flour made in Australia?
Yes, we directly Import raw material from overseas and we also use Australian ingredients & we grind small batches of stock needed per month in Melbourne, Victoria.
Q4 - Are all of your Instant Tea Premixes made in Australia?
Yes, we mix all of our Instant Tea Premixes in Melbourne, Victoria. We use Instant Sri Lankan Tea Powder & Herbs, Australian Full Cream Milk Powder & other Australian Ingredients.
Q5 - Does Aaha Food sell Direct to Public?
Yes, you can order our products on our online store for delivery or click & collect.

Q9 - Are your Clay Pots already seasoned?
No, you need to season the clay pots, we have a youtube video showing how to season it on our website.
Q10 - Can you ship your Clay Pots Aus-Wide?
Yes, 2 Clay Pots Maximum per order for shipping, if you like you can add any other products for support not clay pots.
If the clay pot is damaged, send us photo proof on the day you recieved it and opened it, we can replace it with a new one, free of charge.

Q11 - What happens if the Clay Pot is damaged while shipping?
